Lower Chest Workout for Easy Man Boobs Reduction
Instructions
Note that you cannot lose your chest fat just by working out your chest. However, when combined with a full body workout program, exercising your pectoral region is a good way to achieve a flat chest sooner.
Preliminaries
- Lie flat on a decline bench with your feet held by the leg braces. Dismount barbell from rack over chest using wide oblique overhand grip.
Execution
- Lower weight to upper chest. Press bar until arms are extended. Repeat.
NOTE
Range of motion will be compromised if grip is too wide.
