Preliminaries

Lie flat on a decline bench with your feet held by the leg braces. Dismount barbell from rack over chest using wide oblique overhand grip.

Execution

Lower weight to upper chest. Press bar until arms are extended. Repeat.

NOTE

Range of motion will be compromised if grip is too wide.
