But people still have questions and want answers, so aside from the book you can purchase supplemental information such as a series of author interviews. You can also subscribe to  Tom Venuto’s website where you’ll find many useful articles that provide months of reading, you’ll find  features calculators, recipes, and product reviews and something very important for any dieter, forums that are active and filled with answers and advice.</p>
<p>All this information is great for someone looking to not just lose weight but who also wants to change their dieting lifestyle. If you just want to shed a few quick pounds however then the information can be overwhelming, which leads us to our first con.</p>
<p><strong>Con: The information is too much for someone who’s just casually dieting</strong></p>
<p>If you are in fact a casual dieter, meaning you’re just looking to lose a few pounds then move on with the way you’ve been living your life, then reading this review on ‘Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle’ rather than the book itself has saved you a lot of time. The book alone is 341 pages long, then there are the freebies, then there are all the extras, the information on the website and so on. It’s too much information for a short one time diet.</p>
<p>Another thing about the way the book is written is from the point of view of a body builder, which is what Venuto is. Body Builders don’t look at how much you weigh in proportion to your height, it’s about the percent of fat in your body.
